| 10:30am | Interactive Mock Risk Assessment Participants divide into pre-assigned groups and use a risk assessment matrix to assess climate change risks to a mock transit system based on provided scenario information. Participants prioritize risks according to likelihood and consequence. The scenario for each group varies by region of the country, projected climate impacts, size and type of transit agency, etc. (Speakers from the panel will circulate among the groups) |

| 11:40am | Path Forward Group discussion of next steps to improve transit resilience to climate change impacts. What is needed to further adaptation concepts and strategies and how best can these be accomplished? How can FTA, APTA, and transit agencies that have already begun addressing climate advance the conversation and state of practice? |
