On March 19 and 20th, NCDOT hosted FTA Region IV’s semi-annual State Programs Meeting in Charlotte, NC. All 8 Southeastern DOTs were represented at the 2-day meeting.
Topics included a roundtable discussion of “What’s working and what’s not” with respect to the State managed programs, presentations by each of the States on recent or upcoming organizational changes, and FTA presentations on the Charter Final rule, NTD rural reporting, grant making and management, planning for transit facilities, and state management reviews.
