Subject:  Transit Advertising Campaign “One Nation.  One Moment to Reflect”

Dear Transit Colleague:

The “One Nation.  One Moment to Reflect.” transit advertising campaign was developed by the FTA to support the White House Commission on the National Moment of Remembrance in its mission to encourage the nation to come together to remember its fallen heroes at 3 p.m. on Memorial Day.

The graphics in this webpage http://www.fta.dot.gov/regional_offices_6670.html are available for local transit authorities to download and use free of charge to create interior and exterior transit ads that will remind people to pause and honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice and the families they left behind.

For more information on the National Moment of Remembrance, please visit the following website http://www.remember.gov/ .

Please feel free to distribute this throughout your organization as appropriate.

Sincerely,

Letitia A. Thompson

Regional Administrator
