Subject:  Federal Register Publication - Notice of Request for a New Collection

 

Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on October 2, 2007, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, concerning the Notice of Request for a New Collection of data.  This notice announces the intention of the FTA to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve a new collection of information regarding the New Freedom Program.  This is a notice of request for comments.  Comments must be submitted before December 3, 2007.
