Subject:  Federal Register Publication – Planning Programs

 

Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication today concerning the Program Guidance for Metropolitan Planning Program and State Planning and Research Program Grants:  Notice of Program Guidance.  This is a notice of availability of proposed program guidance and request for comments.  The publication is included as an attachment to this email.  This notice proposed guidance in the form of a revised program circular for the FTA planning programs.  Comments should be submitted by October 29, 2007.
