Subject:  FTA FY-2009 Apportionments, Allocations and Program Information Notice

 

Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on December 18, 2008, concerning the Fiscal Year 2009 Apportionments, Allocations and Program Information Notice.  This notice provided information on the FY 2009 funding available for FTA assistance programs, and provided program guidance and requirements, and information on several program issues important in the current year.  This notice also included tables that show certain discretionary program unobligated funding from previous years that will be available in FY 2009.
