FTA issued a Federal Register Notice on November 18, 2008 concerning School Bus Operations.  This is a notice of proposed rulemaking.  Through this notice, the FTA proposes to amend its school bus operations regulations.  FTA seeks comments on this notice from interested parties.  Comments must be received by February 17, 2009.
