Dear Transit Colleague:

 

The NTI is kicking-off the Transit Trainers' Workshop season with the announcement of the 2008 Achievements in Transit Training Awards program.  Attached is a copy of the Nomination Packet.  Awards include:

-         The Model Program Award

-         The Transit Training Professional of the Year Award

-         The Champions Award

 

The Awards provide a unique opportunity to recognize excellence in transit training.  You are invited to nominate individuals and teams for the awards by submitting the attached nomination forms.  Self-nominations are welcomed.

 

The awards will be presented at NTI's Transit Trainers' Workshop to be held October 19-22 in Denver, CO.  The workshop registration fee will be waived for individual award winners and one representative from award winning teams.  Nominations are due by July 11, 2008.  For further information please contact Susan Greenstone, Program Coordinator, from the National Transit Institute at (732) 932-1700 ext. 219 or (732) 932-1707 FAX.
