Subject:  FY 2009 Annual DBE Goal Information

Dear Transit Colleague:

FTA wishes to remind grantees that their FY09 Annual DBE Goals are due by August 1, 2008.  FTA recommends that you publish your goals by June 15th to meet the August 1, 2008 deadline. 
If you have any questions please contact the Regional Civil Rights Officer, Deborah Haines at (215) 656-7100, by email Deborah.haines@dot.gov. or  if  you would like to obtain a copy of the letter from Cheryl Hershey, Acting Director of the Office of Civil Rights in Washington, DC which details the submission requirements, contact Ms. Haines.
