FTA issued a joint Federal Register Notice with the Federal Highway Administration on March 12, 2008 concerning the Parks, Recreation Areas, Wildlife and Waterfowl Refuges, and Historic Sites - Final Rule.  This final rule modifies the procedures for granting Section 4(f) approvals in several ways.
