Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on December 26, 2007 concerning a Notice of Request for Comments.  In accordance with the paperwork Reduction Acting of 1995, this notice announces the intention of the FTA to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve a new information collection concerning the Customer Satisfaction Survey for FTA’s Public Web site Contact Us Tool.  Comments must be submitted before February 25, 2008.
