FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on December 17, 2007 concerning the Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review.  This is a notice of request for comments.  In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) has been forwarded to the office of Management and budget (OMB) for approval.  Comments must be submitted by January 16, 2008.
