FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on Friday, November 9, 2007 concerning the National Transit Database (NTD):  Amendments to Urbanized Area Annual Reporting Manual.  This is a notice of Final Amendments to the 2007 National Transit Database Urbanized Area Annual Reporting Manual.  This notice provides final notice of changes to the FTA 2007 NTD Urbanized Area Annual Reporting Manual and announces the availability of the final 2007 Annual Manual.
