FTA issued a Federal Register Publication yesterday concerning the Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review. This is a Notice of Request for Comments. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces that the Information Collection Request abstracted in the enclosed document has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget for approval. Any comments for this new Federal Register Notice must be submitted before December 7, 2007. The original Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments concerning Charter Bus Operations was published on August 24, 2007. There were no comments received in response to that notice.
