Subject: INFORMATION: Preliminary Agenda of FTA Forums at TRB 87th Annual Meeting in January 2008
Dear Transit Colleague:
The FTA Headquarters Office of Research, Demonstration and Innovation (TRI) has asked us to send this communication to make you aware of the seven panel sessions that FTA has planned and organized for the TRB 2008 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC in January.
TRI has designed a handy two-page flyer of the FTA sessions for distribution. It is included as an attachment to this email. FTA Administrator James Simpson and Deputy Administrator Sherry Little are moderating panel sessions on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 1:30 and 3:45 p.m. We encourage you - our colleagues, grantees and other stakeholders to attend the sessions.
The flyer also lists other sessions in which FTA staff will participate as well as a notice about the FTA exhibit booth at the Marriott.
Please note that four sessions on the flyer are incomplete. The session number, date, time, hotel and room location will be determined by mid-November by TRB. We will send you a new flyer as soon as this information is complete.
If you have any questions or comments on the flyer, please contact Lisa Colbert; FTA Headquarters, at (202) 366-9261 or lisa.colbert@dot.gov.
Sincerely,
Letitia A. Thompson
Regional Administrator
