Subject:  FTA FY 2008 Master Agreement

Dear Transit Colleague:

As of October 1, 2007, the new FY 2008 Master Agreement is effective.  As you know, the Master Agreement is a comprehensive list of the statutory and regulatory requirements that apply to each project that is funded with FTA assistance.  It is incorporated by reference in each new grant that is approved.  Unless otherwise notified, grantees are required to comply with the most current requirements.

We would like to make you aware of the following useful websites which contain the new Master Agreement along with the changes made from last year.
