Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Notice today concerning the Federal FY 2008 Annual List of Certifications and Assurances for FTA Grants and Cooperative Agreements.  Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 5323(n), FTA is authorized to consolidate the certification and assurances required by Federal law or regulations for its programs into a single document.  FTA is also required by 49 U.S.C. 5323(n) to publish a list of those certifications and assurances annually.  It can be found on the FTA Public Website www.fta.dot.gov on the Legislation, Regulations & Guidance page or you can use the following link:  http://edocket.access.gpo.gov/2007/pdf/07-5294.pdf to access the document.
