FTA issued a Federal Register Publication today concerning a Notice of Proposed Guidance and Request for Comment on the FTA Grant Management Requirements (FTA Circular 5010.1D).  The publication is included as an attachment to this email.  The notice proposes guidance in the form of a revised circular on the FTA Grant Management Requirements and seeks comment thereon.  Comments must be received by November 27, 2007.
