FTA issued a Federal Register Publication on August 3, 2007 concerning the Proposed Policy Guidance on Evaluation Measures for New Starts/Small Starts.  This is a Notice of Availability; request for comments.  FTA requests comments on the proposed detailed measures and associated policy in the Proposed Policy Guidance on Evaluation Measures for New Starts/Small Starts.  Comments must be received by November 1, 2007; late filed comments will be considered to the extent practicable.  This notice can be retrieved online through the Department of Transportation Docket Management System, http://dms.dot.gov.  Click on simple search and enter docket number 28780 into the docket search area.
