FTA issued a Federal Register Publication today concerning the Major Capital Investment Projects.  This is a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.  This notice provides interested parties with the opportunity to comment on proposed changes to the FTA’s New Starts program and a new proposed Small Starts program category.  This notice can be retrieved online through the Department of Transportation Docket Management System, http://dms.dot.gov.  Click on simple search and enter docket number 25737 into the docket search area.
