Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication concerning the Public-Private Partnership Pilot Program.  It was published in the Federal Register on March 30, 2007 on pages 15183 through 15184.  This is a notice of extension of date by which FTA shall respond to public comments on the establishment and implementation of the Public-Private Partnership Pilot Program.  FTA will respond to comments no later than April 30, 2007.  This notice can be retrieved online through the Department of Transportation Docket Management System, http://regulations.gov.  Click on simple search and enter docket number 23697 into the docket search area.
