An update.  There has been a delay at the Federal Register due to the volume of the FTA notices.  The notices will be published March 23, 2007.  However, in the meantime, the Apportionments Notice and the three Federal Register Notices have been posted on the FTA website http://www.fta.dot.gov – there is a link at the bottom of the page entitled “What’s New” or you can click on the following links that will take you to each notice directly:

·              Bus and Bus Facilities Discretionary Program Grants (Section 5309)
