Subject:  Notice of Solicitation of Proposal to Participate in the Debt Service Reserve Pilot Program

 

Dear Transit Colleague:

 

FTA issued a Federal Register Publication concerning the solicitation of proposals to participate in the Debt Service Reserve Pilot Program.  It was initially published in the October 11, 2007 Federal Register on pages 78267 through 78268.  This notice is a solicitation for proposals from public transportation agencies currently receiving grant funds under the Urbanized Area Formula Program at 49 U.S.C. 5307 to establish a debt service reserve fund in connection with bonds to be issued in support of a public transportation project.  It can be retrieved online through the Federal Register Main Page, http://www.gpoaccess.gov/fr/index.html.  Enter page number 78267 into the quick search.
