Subject: Construction Project Management Handbook Now Available on FTA Public Website

Dear Transit Colleague:

The new Construction Project Management Handbook produced by Gannett Fleming under contract to TRI is now posted and can be retrieved by going to FTA’s Public Website, click on the Research, Technical Assistance & Training link (on the left side of the screen), then click on the Research & Reports; then click on Reports (on the right side of the screen) and scroll down to the handbook.

The handbook is intended for use by transit agencies without recent experience in managing construction projects but planning to build a bus maintenance facility, downtown transfer center or other substantial facility.

Please feel free to distribute this throughout your organization as appropriate.
