Federal Transit Administration (FTA) would like to invite you to attend one of the FY 2009 Financial Management Oversight (FMO) seminars that will be conducted during the year.
The seminar schedule, in brief, are designed for FTA grantees responsible for assuring appropriate application of Federal statutory requirements and FTA policies related to grant funds. The seminar provides a walk through of these prevailing requirements to assure grantee compliance in implementation including output derived from their financial management system. Each of the four specialized FMO reviews is discussed with detailed discussions held on the requirements associated with each review. The seminar provides real-life case studies to foster a better understanding of the requirements and how they are applied in varied situations using group settings.
