The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has issued FTA Circular 4220.1F, “Third Party Contracting Guidance” to provide comprehensive guidance to grantees and recipients of cooperative agreements (recipients) to implement third party contracting requirements that apply to FTA assisted procurements.

A copy of this circular and comments and material received from the public, as well as any documents indicated in the preamble as being available in the docket, are part of docket FTA–2007–29125 and are available for inspection or copying at the Docket Management Facility, U.S. Department of Transportation, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE., West Building Ground Floor, Room W12–140, Washington, DC between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
