NTI Transit Quality Assurance and Quality Control Course
The National Transit Institute (NTI) is presenting a FREE course ($300 for consultants and contractors) titled “Quality Assurance and Quality Control” in Seattle, Washington on May 15 and 16, 2008.
The objective of this two-day course is to provide an overview of the essential elements of quality assurance and quality control in transit projects and address the inter-relationships and balances among quality, costs, and schedules. This course will also review and expand upon the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Quality Assurance and Quality Control Guidelines: February 2002 and address the various perspectives for quality from an owner, consultant, contractor, vendor, and user points of view.
This course will be offered to current and new transit professionals that engage in federally funded activities. It will be particularly beneficial for grantees, FTA staff, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
If you are interested in attending, please follow this link http://www.ntionline.com/CourseInfo.asp?CourseNumber=FP012 and register on line. Seating is limited for this course, so register early.
