SUBJECT: Revised Procedures for TEAM Grant Applications

The Region 10 Office is reviewing our procedures for TEAM grant applications. All grant applicants must request a grant number from the FTA office before entering a TEAM application. Once an application is entered, and it is ready for your grant representative to review, please take the following actions:

(1) notify your grant processor via e-mail or phone that the grant is ready for FTA review AND
(2) in the Review and Approval/Comments/Concurrence dialog check the box “Ready for Proj # Assignment” (see screen print below).  This second action changes a status in the TEAM system so FTA is aware the grant is ready for review.
