State of Good Repair Program Proposed Circular
On March 3, 2014, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) published in the Federal Register a notice of availability of the proposed program guidance, Circular 5300.1, for its Section 5337 – State of Good Repair (SGR) Program. This circular will assist grant recipients in their implementation of the SGR Program funded projects. The proposed Circular 5300.1 incorporates changes made to the Section 5307 Program by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21, Pub. L. 112–141), signed into law on July 6, 2012.

Comments must be received by April 2, 2014. Late filed comments may be considered so far as practicable.
