The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is sponsoring a “FTA Real Estate Roundtable” in Seattle, Washington on June 13-14, 2012.

This FTA roundtable provides an opportunity for discussion and information exchange in topic areas including eminent domain, appraisal scope of work, relocation negative equity, and administrative settlement.

This event will be held in conjunction with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Annual Education Conference, also in Seattle, from June 10-13, 2012. There is no registration fee for this FTA roundtable if you only attend the FTA roundtable. However, there is a registration fee for the IRWA conference attendance.
