In an effort to streamline processes and improve environmental stewardship, FTA is placing a greater emphasis on submitting documentation electronically. For the FTA Office of Civil Rights this means uploading programs and reports onto the Transportation Electronic Award and Management (TEAM-Web) system.

New instructions on how to upload documents into the grantee recipient profile section of TEAM-Web have been added to the Office of Civil Rights Web page at http://www.fta.dot.gov/civil_rights.html. Additionally, there are instructions for splitting Adobe PDF files into smaller documents that will fit within the file size limitations of TEAM-Web.
