FTA Webinar Information Sessions for Grantees on Federal Financial Report
The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will implement the new Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Federal Financial Report (FFR) in Transportation Electronic Award Management (TEAM) Web System for the reporting period ending June 30, 2010 that is due on or before July 30, 2010. On October 1, 2009, OMB released a new FFR (SF- 425). This new FFR replaces the SF-269A, Financial Status Report (FSR), integrated into TEAM, and the SF-272, Federal Cash Transactions Report, which FTA did not require. FTA is incorporating all of the new FFR in TEAM. The new FFR keeps most of the data elements in the old FSR and adds two major new data elements: reporting of Federal Cash and Federal Program Income.
The webinars will be held on:
• June 7, 2010 – 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern time);
• June 8, 2010 - 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern time), and;
• June 9, 2010 – 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern time).
To connect to any of the webinars, please follow the following steps.
Step 1: At least one hour before Webinar start, test your system for the necessary software to insure connectivity by using the link below. Please keep in mind you may need to utilize your Information Technology (IT) help desk to download any software.
Step 2: Log into the Webcast at scheduled time using the following link. Enter as a guest by typing your first and last name in the box next to guest.
