The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will implement the new Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Federal Financial Report (FFR) for the reporting period ending March 31, 2010 that is due on or before April 30, 2010.

On October 1, 2009, OMB released a new FFR (SF- 425). This new FFR replaces the SF-269A, Financial Status Report (FSR), integrated into the Transportation Electronic Award Management (TEAM) System, and the SF-272, Federal Cash Transactions Report, which FTA did not require. FTA is incorporating all of the new FFR in TEAM. The new FFR keeps most of the data elements in the old FSR and adds two major new data elements: reporting of Federal Cash and Program Income.
