The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Standing Committee on Planning is sponsoring a webinar, “Best Practices for Fiscal Constraint Compliance in Transportation Plans, Statewide Transportation Improvement Programs (STIPs) and Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs)”, on February 10, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 pm EST.

Practices in seven State Departments of Transportation and ten Metropolitan Planning Organizations were reviewed by a team of planning practitioners. The findings and best practices identified from this research will be shared in this webinar
