Purpose: To continue operations of one existing bus route.

Purpose: To continue operations of two existing bus routes.

Sitka Tribe of Alaska
Grant Amount: $270,000
Purpose: To continue operations of one route.

Native Village of Unalakleet
Grant Amount: $25,000
Purpose: Planning a public transit system for the village.

ARIZONA

Tohono O’Odham Nation
Grant Amount: $389,693
Purpose:  Implementation of two fixed routes of general public transit services and the associated operational and maintenance costs, and to hire a transit manager.

San Carlos Apache Tribe
Grant Amount: $214,739
Purpose: Planning, fleet operation and maintenance, facilities operations, construction of tribe's first covered bus shelter, and hiring of a consultant to review tribe's transit operations.

Cocopah Indian Tribe
Grant Amount: $242,860
Purpose:  Operating assistance to continue and expand fixed route service.

Yavapai Apache Nation
Grant Amount: $325,500
Purpose:  To purchase vehicles, bus stop signage and benches, and to provide operating and administrative services for a transit route.

Kaibab Paiute Tribal Transportation
Grant Amount: $103,500
Purpose: For replacement vehicles.

Navajo Transit System
Grant Amount: $500,000
Funds will go toward the purchase transit buses, personnel costs, and to various service enhancements, including five new routes.

White Mountain Apache Tribe
Grant Amount: $362,500
Initiation of transit service on one route of three routes called for in the FTA-funded transportation plan for the tribe.

CALIFORNIA

Yurok Tribe
Grant Amount: $155,940
Purpose: To enhance and continue operations of transit services, and to purchase two new bus shelters.

Susanville Indian Tribe
Grant Amount: $200,000
Purpose: To expand and improve public transportation services, to construct oil recycling collection station, and to expand parking lot.

Blue Lake Rancheria

Purpose: Transit vehicle purchases and vehicle emissions retrofit.

Reservation Transportation Authority

Purpose: To provide continued operational funding for route enhancements during fourth year of the RTA's Tribal Transit Program and new bus services to tribal lands in San Diego County.

Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes

Purpose: Operating assistance for expansion of Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Transit service.

The Chickasaw Nation

Purpose: Operating assistance and to purchase equipment for enhancing transit services  provided in 13 Counties that currently provide linkage and connectivity to other transit providers

The Cherokee Nation

Purpose: Operating assistance and the purchase of vehicles for to continue with the 4 fixed routes and to expand services to a fifth route that will provide needed transit services to Muskogee to Tahlequah. 

Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma

Purpose: Operating assistance for existing paratransit program and assistance with building a transportation facility.

SOUTH DAKOTA

Lower Brule
Grant Amount: $230,668
Purpose: Operating assistance and vehicle purchase for existing shuttle service from Pierre to Lower Brule and expansion to Chamberlain.

Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe
Grant Amount: $200,000
Purpose: Operating assistance to continue an enhance existing services for general public including health care workers and teachers traveling to Lower Brule and West Brule.

Oglala Sioux
Grant Amount: $250,000
Purpose: Operating assistance to purchase mixed use busses to operate transit service on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The transit services 9 districts of the 2.7 million acre reservations with a population of approximately 47,000 residents.

WASHINGTON

Snoqualmie Indian Tribe

Purpose: Operating assistance for existing and on-demand shuttle service, with an expansion of the service area, and the addition of a new fixed route.

Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians

Purpose: Operating assistance for demand-response and ride-share services.

Cowlitz Indian Tribe

Purpose: Operating assistance for existing demand-response service with an expansion of the service area.

Lummi Nation

Purpose: Bus and bus shelter purchases, and operating assistance for existing deviated fixed route service and expansion to additional areas of the reservation.

Swinomish Tribal Community

Purpose: Continue Route 615 service and expand existing service by providing two additional round trips each weekday.

Spokane Tribe of Indians

Purpose: Operating assistance for start-up of three deviated fixed routes and a van pool program.

Purpose: Operating assistance for two existing routes: one circulator, and one northern route.

Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin

Purpose: Operating assistance to fund one mobility manager, five full time drivers and all other operating expenses to continue services to the five demand response routes in Keshena, Central Highway and South Branch Sector routes.
