To join FTA’s New Starts Forecasting email listserv, send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.tamu.edu and put SUBSCRIBE NewStartsForecasting firstname lastname (i.e., replace firstname and lastname with YOUR first and last name) in the BODY of your email. Be sure to leave the SUBJECT line blank.  A few minutes after you send your email, you will receive an automated confirmation email that tells you how to complete the registration.
