Acknowledgements

The 2003 Project and Construction Management Guidelines Update project was sponsored and managed by FTA's Office of Engineering. James Wang was the FTA Project Manager. Transportation Resource Associates was the contractor responsible for the Guidelines Update under contract to Battelle (David Wagner, Director). Thomas Luglio was the Project Manager and was assisted by Gabriel Tompkins. Additional specialized inputs were provided by Rick Halvorsen of Multisystems in the areas of planning and financing, and Bedros Enfiedjian of GC Tech in the areas of procurement and non-traditional project delivery approaches. Battelle staff assisted in editing and document preparation.

An Industry Workgroup was created by FTA to advise on the Guidelines Update. They provided overall guidance and comments on deliverables. Members of the Workgroup included the following:
