Q. In anticipation of the potential for FTA funds to be used as part of the President's economic stimulus program, will any of the current Third Party Contracting requirements be modified/amended to expedite the award of federally funded contracts

A. FTA has no way of knowing at this time what steps if any might be authorized by the new Administration and Congress to expedite the award of Federally funded contracts.  Note: This Q/A was posted the month of: 02-2009.
