Q. I would like to reopen my former business that I closed down years ago in Florida but I wanted to expand to Alabama. I had a grant years ago in 1989: the Entrepreneurial Service Challenge Grant for a bus system. Well the county is Santa Rosa in Florida and Conech, Escambia, Covington Counties in Alabama.
