FTA will offer its course on Alternatives Analysis on October 28-30, 2008, in Washington D.C. An alternatives analysis is the planning requirement for projects seeking New and Small Starts funding. This course describes a number of the elements of alternatives analyses including FTA requirements. Our past course offerings have been filled and had waiting lists, so we encourage you to register early. The courses are taught by Don Emerson of PB Consult, Jim Ryan and Ron Fisher from the FTA.
