What is this?

FTA's course on Alternatives Analysis will be offered in Los Angeles June 9-11, 2009.  You can register for the course on-line at www.regonline.com/63373_719942M. And you can reserve one of the block of rooms set aside for course participants at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel by calling the hotel at 213-624-1011.

An alternatives analysis is the planning requirement for projects seeking New and Small Starts funding.  This course describes a number of the elements of alternatives analyses including FTA requirements.  Our past course offerings have been filled and had waiting lists, so we encourage you to register early.  The courses are taught by Don Emerson of PB Consult, and Jim Ryan from FTA.  Click here to view slide presentation from a previous course.
