Provides funds for the following capital projects in support of bus and rail services:
• $4.0 million for bus and rail preventive maintenance.
• $3.5 million for technology improvements, including transit center passenger information systems and automated passenger counting devices.
• $3.0 million for coastal right-of-way rail corridor improvements, including at-grade crossings, turn-outs, rail, track structure, crossties, and signal and communication system components.
• $245,398 to support the design and construction of two bus turn-out and bus shelter areas at transit facilities.
