Proposed Circular: Program Guidance For Metropolitan Planning and State Planning And Research Program Grants [MSWord] [PDF]
PURPOSE. This circular is a re-issuance of program guidance and application instructions for applying for grants under the Metropolitan Planning Program (MPP) and the State Planning and Research Program (SPRP) authorized at 49 U.S.C. 5305.
CANCELLATION. This circular, when final, will cancel Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 8100.1B, “Program Guidance and Application Instructions for Metropolitan Planning Grants,” dated October 25, 1996, and revokes Circular 8200.1, “Program Guidance and Application Instructions for State Planning and Research Program Grants,” dated December 27, 2001. SUBMIT COMMENTS: You may submit comments on the proposed circular by any of the following methods:
