PROPOSED CIRCULAR: The Job Access And Reverse Commute (JARC) Program Guidance And Application Instructions

Note: This proposed document will be posted until such time that the review/comment process is completed and the document is issued in final form. Once the document is signed and issued as final, it will be posted on the web site as a new program circular. Guidance for this program was issued in the Federal Register notices soliciting applications for the competitive Job Access and Reverse Commute program that existed prior to the passage of SAFETEA-LU., but FTA did not previously publish guidance for the program in the form of a circular. 

The public comment period for this Proposed Circular is open until November 6, 2006. Interim guidance for FY 2007 implementation. By this notice, FTA clarifies interim guidance for FY 2007 included in the notice published on September 6, 2006, and provides additional interim guidance for FY 2007.
