Census and FTA Formula Grants
Formula allocations for Fiscal Year 2012 will continue to be based on 2000 Census data and designations. The 2010 Census Urbanized Area (UZA) designations and populations, which are expected to be released by the Bureau of the Census during FY 2012, will be used for the apportionment of FTA formula funds no earlier than FY 2013.
