Q. How does an airline passenger make a complaint to the Federal Government about an airline? 

A. The link below provides information concerning airline passenger complaints:
 http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/problems.htm. There are links provided at this USDOT Website for airline security complaints (http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/problems.html) and one for issues of airline service (http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/problems.htm). You may also call the Consumer Protection Division of the USDOT at 202-366-2220 to report your complaint 24 hours per day.
