What is this?

On May 1, 2007, Circular 9070.1F, the Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities Program Guiance and Application Instructions,  went into effect. This circular issues guidance on the administration of the Section 5310 Program and guidance for the preparation of grant applications.
