NOTE:
Urbanized Area Formula includes $4.85M for the Alaska Railroad and $5M for the Salt Lake City Olympics.
The FY 2002 Appropriation Act transfers $50M of Clean Fuels Formula to the Bus Category of Capital Investment Grants.
The total reflects a rescission totaling -$93,000 in oversight resources pursuant to sec. 1403 PL107-206.
