Small Business Utilization Webinars

This week the FTA Office of Civil Rights will be hosting three webinars related to last winter's DBE Final Rule changes to 49 CFR Part 26. These Small Business Utilization webinars will discuss recipient submissions in response to 49 CFR § 26.39: “Fostering Small Business Participation.” The dates for these webinars are as follows:

Tuesday, February 7, 2012 – 12:30- 2:00 p.m. EST
Wednesday, February 8, 2012 – 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. EST
Thursday, February 9, 2012 – 10:00 -11:30 a.m. EST

Anyone interested in attending any of these webinars please notify Brian Whitehead at brian.whitehead@dot.gov. Within your email, please indicate which webinar you wish to attend. We ask that grantees sign-up for only one webinar due to capacity issues.

Depending on the demand, we may schedule additional webinars to accommodate more attendees, but those dates and times have not yet been determined.
