Dear Region 8 Grantees:

Please join FTA for one of three webinars being offered regarding the New and Small Starts final rule and proposed policy guidance published in the Federal Register on January 9, 2013.  The three webinars scheduled will cover the same materials, allowing people to choose the day/time that works best for them.  Please be advised that each of these webinars is limited to 200 maximum attendees.  Where feasible you may want to join in as a group.
