This bulletin is being released to call your attention to the FTA issuance of the FY 2013 Certifications and Assurances.

These Certifications and Assurances must be signed in TEAM within 90 days or prior to the submittal of your next grant application, whichever comes first.

For your convenience, we recommend that you submit all 24 Groups of Certifications and Assurances. Those provisions of the various Certifications and Assurances that do not apply to Your Applicant or its Project will not be enforced.
